Precise is proud to be named Industry Innovator at the 2019 Government Innovation Awards. The Awards is a premier annual event to celebrate the transformative government projects, individual change agents and industry partners that are reimaging public-sector IT.

The award-winning Precise innovation is Food Outbreak Signal Detection System, which uses latest Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies to analyze live social media message streams, and detect food outbreak signals. The system presents food outbreak warnings in interactive map to enable public health and food safety officials to view and drill into details and take preventive actions.

“We are very excited to be recognized in the 2019 Government Innovation Awards. Following our PillSafe application, which was named at 2019 ACT-ICT Igniting Innovation as one of the top 8 innovations, this is the second time our innovation was recognized at a premier government IT event in 2019. We have been focusing our innovation efforts in bringing the latest Cloud, AI and Machine Learning technologies to help our public sector customers achieve their missions. We are very proud our efforts are recognized. “ Said Dr. Ben Duan, Precise Chief Technology Officer.

The award ceremony will be held on Nov 7.
