Automated Mobile Inspection Solution

To support inspectors in carrying out a federal agency’s regulatory mission, we developed a comprehensive mobile inspection platform utilizing mobile technology and intelligent questionnaires to standardize and automate the customer’s fieldwork operations.

 We designed the overall mobile architecture, using the Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution, online/offline data synchronization, and mobile security implementation. We delivered the mobile inspection platform to over 4,000 investigators across the country.

Enterprise IT Service Automation with ServiceNow

We developed the IT Service Portal and Service Catalog for a large agency using ServiceNow with the goal to streamline and transform the customer’s manual, PDF-based and labor-intensive IT service processes into smart online forms and end-to-end automated workflows.

Within 6 months, we automated and released 28 service offerings to the Service Catalog and supported 22,000 agency-wide users. The automated services we developed and supported have dramatically improved the efficiency, transparency, and accountability for our customer.

With an estimated savings of over $1.8 million through automation, the Precise team was recognized with a Team Excellence Award by the agency’s Chief Operating Officer.
