Annual supervisor training designed within the company’s culture framework, emphasizing the important role they play in conveying to employees that management truly cares about them as valued members of the team and contributors to the company’s success.
An Emerging Leader Program to teach employees of all levels the principles of leadership (including the principle that we are all leaders, leading from our various positions throughout the company) and to groom the company’s future leaders.
