Precise CTO Spoke at ACT-IAC Imagine Nation Conference on Cloud Security

Oct 22, 2019, Philadelphia, PA. Precise CTO, Dr Ben Duan, joined a panel at the annual ACT-IAC Imagine Nation Conference on FedRAMP and strategy and implementation of cyber security in the cloud. Dr. Duan discussed the latest cloud cyber threats, and how Precise has helped our customers to build multi-layer, multi-dimension hybrid cloud infrastructure and security defense leveraging the latest cloud technologies to meet the security controls and achieve High Impact Authorization to Operate (ATO). He also discussed DevSecOps and experience and lessons Precise has gained helping our customers implement DevSecOps, Infrastructure, Security and Compliance as Code. To sustain the success in cloud security, Dr. Duan addressed Cloud Center of Excellence, and elaborated examples Precise help our customers in people, process and technology to mature their cloud and security practices.

Joined together with Dr. Duan in the panel were FedRAMP program head, and executives from SAIC and Palo Alto.

ACT-IAC, or American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council, is a large non-profit public-private partnership dedicated to improving government through the application of information technology. Imagine Nation conference is the premier event for government and industry leaders from all levels, to come together on neutral ground and collaborate on “Driving Impact” through innovation. This year’s conference attracted 900+ participants and the themes included Mission Modernization, Cyber Security, Health Innovation and Emerging Technology.
