Larry Rose
Chief Operating Officer
Larry Rose, Ph.D., serves as the company’s Chief Operating Officer (COO). As COO, Larry works closely with Precise’s senior leadership team to realize the strategic goals of the company and to support the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. In the role of the COO, Larry leads the Precise business execution functions including project and program execution, as well as corporate support services including human resources, contracts, and other administrative functions.
Larry brings 35 years of experience working in large and small businesses in the government contracting industry serving as a key contributor to achieving year over year growth through strong service delivery and acquisitions.
Larry holds a Ph.D. in Organization and Management with an emphasis in Leadership from Capella University. He also holds a Master’s in Administration of Justice from American University and a Bachelor’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
