OIMT Intake Process Management (IPM) Contract Award

We received a 2.5-year Sole Source contract to support the FDA’s Intake Process Management (IPM) Program under the Office of Information Management and Technology (OIMT). The IPM team plays a critical role in integrating and supporting FDA CIO functions on strategic drivers, business processes and technological solutions. Our team has been supporting this program since 2014 in a subcontractor capability. As we take over the Prime leadership role on this highly visible program, we will continue to manage and support the Service Catalog, Service Request, Technology Standards, and EPLC through the Request Services & Technology from IT (REQUEST-IT) platform. We are very excited to have this great opportunity to evolve the REQUEST-IT platform into the next generation.
