Nancy Ciranni/Drew Polulak VP Promotions

ROCKVILLE, MD, July 19, 2022 -- Zhensen Huang, Chief Executive Officer and President of Precise Software Solutions, Inc. (Precise), recently announced the promotion of two of the company's internal directors to the level of vice president. Nancy Ciranni has been promoted from Delivery Director to Vice President of Delivery Services. Andrew (Drew) Polulak has been promoted from Account Director/State Governments to Vice President of State Governments.

Ms. Ciranni, who has been with Precise since October of 2016, is a highly experienced program manager (PMP certified and Certified Scrum Master) with more than 20 years of experience managing IT-based projects for Federal customers as a senior level Program Director and Deputy Program Manager. Her experience includes managing large and complex programs with up to 120 FTEs supporting 30+ interconnected systems and implementing COTS solutions including Business Process Management (BPM) platforms in both on-premise and cloud environments.

Ms. Ciranni has brought great value to many different areas of Precise's operations. She directs project staff on several of Precise's government contracts. She leads the company's Quality Management program and played a critical role in Precise's receiving a CMMI Level III certification. She also serves as the company's principal pricing expert and reviewer on all Precise contract proposals. As CEO Huang commented in announcing Ms. Ciranni's promotion, "Nancy plays such an important role in so many areas of our company's operations, I don't know how we would function without her."

Mr. Polulak, who has been with Precise since December of 2018, is an accomplished senior executive with over 20 years of information technology experience focused on delivering results to his clients by leveraging technology to meet their complex business requirements. At Precise, Mr. Polulak is responsible for the nationwide support of state and federal government software solutions. He directs the company's contract with the Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO), supporting 12 states that are located across five time zones. Under Polulak's leadership, the AFDO team has consistently received excellent performance ratings from the customers and through user feedback surveys. These successes have spurred continued growth of the program, as Precise brings additional states into its support network.

Prior to working for Precise, Mr. Polulak held other technology leadership positions, in both private industry and government, such as the Chief Information Officer for the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, CIO for the Animal Health Commission & Pennsylvania Animal Diagnostic Laboratory System, and co-chair for the Food and Drug Administration's Partnership for Protection IT Workgroup. "We are very fortunate to have Drew on our team," said CEO Huang, "as he has overseen excellent service delivery in the AFDO program and been a key player in expanding the company's health IT services across the United States."

Ciranni's and Polulak's promotions to vice president were effective July 1, 2022.
