Holly Ham named new Chief Growth Officer at Precise

Rockville, MD, March 9, 2021 — Ms. Holly Ham joins Precise Software Solutions, Inc. as its Chief Growth Officer, helping the firm drive strategic growth across governments and new markets. In this new role, Ham will work with Precise's leadership and business development teams and key partners to provide technology solutions that are citizen-centric to government agencies and to enter industry-specific markets.

Precise CEO Zhensen Huang welcomed Ham to the team, saying, "I am thrilled to have someone with such breadth and depth of experience leading the charge in pursuing our ambitious growth goals."

For the past four years, Ham served in the Executive Branch of the federal government in senior executive roles in three federal agencies. At the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Ham served as Director of Special Projects, driving agency-wide transformational initiatives to optimize HUD's operations with improved delivery of service.

At the U.S. Department of Commerce, Ham served as Senior Advisor in the Minority Business Development Agency, providing solutions to help minority business enterprises (MBEs) stimulate the U.S. GDP. Under Ham's leadership, MBDA kick started a gateway to a virtual business center bringing tools, resources and funding to develop, grow and mature the country's approximately 11 million MBEs.

At the U.S. Department of Education, Ham served as Assistant Secretary for Management overseeing the agency's human capital management, security, logistics, facilities, student privacy compliance, EEO services, and records management. In her role as Executive Director for the White House Initiative on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders, Ham advocated for approximately 22 million AAPIs across the United States and territories for improved access and resources.

Prior to serving with the federal government in Washington, D.C., Ham spent over 20 years working in private enterprise focused on increasing organizations' productivity through technology. In the early part of her career, she worked as a management consultant for Fortune 100 firms, achieving hundreds of millions of dollars in savings by increasing efficiency through a combination of business process improvement, application of new technologies, and the redeployment and retraining the workforce.

Ham also drove business growth in sales and business development by leading multiple teams working closely with corporate executives to provide strategic solutions to complex senior-level challenges, including enterprise data management and security, enterprise resource planning initiatives and enhancements, application modernization, and cloud initiatives.
