Precise Software Solutions Inc. (Precise) has been recognized as a 2025 Top Workplace by The Washington Post. This honor reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to cultivating an intentional culture centered on innovation, inclusion, and impact.
Each year, The Washington Post recognizes leading organizations in the Washington D.C. area, based on employee feedback collected through an anonymous, third-party survey by Energage. The survey measures key aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, connection, and execution.

Team members also reported feeling aligned with the company’s vision and meaningfully included in decisions that influence their success.
“Our CEO’s life-long vision of a company that strives to deliver excellence for their customers, community, and people has been realized in Precise,” said Shaneen Trotman, Director of People and Culture. “I am so proud to be part of a team that understands the significance of this and works hard every day to keep the vision alive.”
This recognition reflects Precise’s mission to deliver performance excellence, agility, and innovation to help advance the public sector — driven by the dedicated employees who make that mission possible.
