Precise is pleased to announce it has been awarded a contract by the Peace Corps to provide comprehensive software development and data integration technical services in support of the agency’s Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). This contract supports the Peace Corps’ mission to modernize its global IT environment and deliver transformative digital solutions for staff and Volunteers across 70 countries.
The Peace Corps’ OCIO plays a pivotal role in delivering reliable, responsive, and secure global information technology services that enable the agency to meet its strategic goals. At the center of its business application environment is Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Agency CRM), a platform critical for managing the lifecycle of more than 7,000 Volunteers and supporting approximately 2,900 employees worldwide.
Under this contract, Precise will provide expert software development and integration services to enhance and extend the Agency CRM and related systems. The scope of work includes developing custom applications, supporting Agile-based application development lifecycles, and modernizing core business processes in collaboration with Peace Corps stakeholders.
