Precise Awarded Contract to Support U.S. Department of Labor’s eFile/eServe System

Precise Software Solutions, Inc (Precise) is pleased to announce it has been awarded a contract to provide operations, maintenance, and enhancement support for the U.S. Department of Labor’s (DOL) eFile/eServe (EFS) system—a critical digital platform supporting the agency’s adjudicatory and case management operations. 

The contract, awarded by the Department’s Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) within the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management (OASAM), underscores Precise’s role as a trusted partner in delivering secure, scalable, and user-focused IT services in support of government transformation efforts. 

Originally launched in December 2020, the EFS system replaced a paper-heavy process that once handled nearly 14.7 million pages of documents annually. Today, EFS manages approximately 300,000 electronic documents per year, streamlining case handling for key DOL agencies, including the Office of Administrative Law Judges (OALJ), the Adjudicatory Boards, and the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (OWCP). 

Under this contract, Precise will deliver operations and maintenance support for the EFS platform, agile-based development and enhancements; automated help desk support for users, system monitoring, analysis, training coordination, and support documentation.   

The EFS platform integrates with multiple DOL systems, including the OALJ Case Tracking System (CTS), DOL Appeals Management System (DOLAMS), and OWCP Imaging System (OIS). It leverages Drupal for the public-facing portal and Appian for the secure private portal, along with a suite of low-code tools and cloud services to improve scalability and reduce development timelines.
