Precise Software Solutions Inc. (Precise) has been awarded a task order by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to provide Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support for the Emergency Operations Network Incident Management System (EON IMS). This system plays a key role in the FDA’s ability to respond to public health emergencies involving regulated products.
EON IMS is a knowledge management system that enables the FDA to capture and track incidents related to FDA regulated products that may be responsible for causing injury, illness, or adverse events. It supports the agency’s emergency response efforts by providing real-time alerts and situational awareness to FDA leadership.
Under this contract, Precise will ensure the EON IMS platform remains fully operational by providing day-to-day system operations, performance monitoring, and timely maintenance.
“We’re proud to support a system that helps the FDA quickly identify and respond to potential public health risks,” said Zhensen Huang, CEO of Precise. “Ensuring the reliability of EON IMS aligns with our broader commitment to delivering secure IT solutions for federal health agencies.”
Precise’s mission to provide innovative solutions will enhance the FDA’s ability to respond to public health emergencies.
